DOCUMENT PURPOSE & GOVERNANCE

This Master Customer Policy Framework consolidates the contractual, operational, and transactional conditions governing purchases made through the Rituals Harmony website, mobile applications, social-commerce channels, marketplace platforms where the Company acts as the seller of record, and assisted sales channels. It establishes standardized, binding rules for both domestic (India) and international (cross-border) commerce while preserving non-waivable statutory consumer rights across all applicable jurisdictions.

Legal Hierarchy

Where a mandatory statutory provision of the Customer’s jurisdiction provides non-waivable consumer protection rights, such local law shall prevail over this Master Policy to the extent of any irreconcilable conflict. Country-specific checkout terms, product page conditions, and written promotional guidelines supplement this document but cannot reduce non-waivable statutory entitlements.
